Emailing via Detail View: Ensuring Effective Communication for Incomplete or Pending Forms Using the Frontline Platform

To send emails through Frontline, ensure that Outlook or another email client is installed on your device, as the system relies on your email client to send messages. Evaluators and District Super Administrators can efficiently communicate with multiple recipients regarding late, missing, or pending forms by navigating to the Detail View. By filtering for specific elements and statuses, users can select designated recipients and use the "actions" option to send email messages. This guide explains the process for selecting users and sending targeted emails to ensure timely communication and follow-up on evaluation forms.


After choosing the designated users, the option to take action will become visible.
