A districwide rapid improvement process is crucial for fostering continuous improvement among educators by integrating frequent, targeted feedback and collaborative planning. This article emphasizes the importance of understanding generational differences among employees and tailoring feedback mechanisms to meet their needs. Utilizing tools like the Gallup Q12 survey and the Wisconsin Educator Development Support and Retention (WEDSR) Survey, the CESA 6 GDC developed an evaluation approach that allows districts to create an environment that values two-way feedback, enhancing engagement and productivity.
