How Can Frontline Users Access Their Accounts?

Frontline Account Instructions: Directions to Set Up an Account and to Retrieve Usernames and Passwords

We welcome you to the Frontline Education Professional Growth platform!

To get started, you will experience one of two scenarios:

Scenario A: You will receive an email invitation to create a Frontline Education ID account.  OR

Scenario B: You will be prompted to create a Frontline Education ID account the next time you sign in.

This new username and password will replace any former login credentials and allow you to access all your Frontline Education applications with a single username and password, except Calibration & Collaboration.

RECEIVING AN INVITATION

When your district sets up its site with Frontline Education or if you are new to a district that already uses Frontline Education, you will receive an invitation email to create a Frontline Education ID for your Frontline Education account. Below is a screenshot of a sample invitation:

Select Create a Frontline ID within the invitation email. This selection takes you to a Sign In page where you will create login credentials in accordance with Frontline requirements.

Your Username: Your new username must be a valid email address.

Creating your Password: The password must have 1 alphabet character, 1 number or special character, and 8 total characters.

Once you are finished, select Create Frontline ID. Once your email is verified, the system enables access with your new username and password and activates the enhancements associated with the platform.

FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD? If you have forgotten your username or password for your Frontline Education account, simply head to the Frontline Education Login page and select the Forgot Username or Forgot Password, whichever is applicable and an email prompt will be sent to your email for you to reset the same.
