If content that has been inputted into a form needs to be changed, the evaluator will need to click the edit button at the bottom of the form. If the form is a user generated form (i.e, survey, professional goal setting, documentation log, pre-conference) the form will now appear back in the user's LearningPlan for revisions. Once revisions are made the user will need to re-submit. If the form is an administrator generated form, the form will now be open for the evaluator to revise. Once revisions are made the evaluator will need to re-submit to the user for acknowledgement.
