User Acknowledgement of a Scheduled Form

To have a user confirm the date set for a scheduled meeting or observation...

  • Open the form in the Component Manager.
  • Click on the pencil to edit the form.
  • Under Form Settings, check the box that says, “Does scheduling require user acknowledgement?” The default setting is unchecked as seen below. You need to click on the box to enable the function.
  • NOTE: In order to require acknowledgement the form must also be set to "require scheduling".
