The district administrator/superintendent or designee(s) with permission to review status reports of administrators may do so by clicking the "Reports" tab in side navigation of Frontline Calibration & Collaboration and selecting the report desired from the fly-out menu.
Common requested reports and what they are used for:
All Evidence by Indicator:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to view a 'heat map' showing the inter-rater reliability for all indicators in a plan, and to view all evidence collected for each indicator.
All Evidence by Participant:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to view all pieces of evidence collected by a participant for a given plan.
Calibrated Participants by Attempt:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to view which participants have calibrated via a given plan and how many attempts it took for them to become successfully calibrated.
All Scores by Plan:
This report shows participant scores, by indicator, for each plan. The report also contains score averages and differentials.
Status By Participant:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to view all activity for a particular participant within the Calibration & Collaboration system.
Participant Status by Plan:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to see the status of all participants assigned to a particular plan. Administrators are also able to email participants from the report, and submit plans for users
Admin Log:
This report tracks all admin activity in the system. Report may be filtered by administrator, and/or by admin function (plans, users, etc)
Summative Report:
This report allows Calibration & Collaboration administrators to quickly see an overall total of number of users, training and calibration plans assigned and completed. This report can be shown for all districts, or you may select just one district to see more detailed information.
Steps to Access Certification Reports
District administrators (or their designee) have the ability to generate user reports for their district to determine when administrators last calibrated (certified).
Step 1:
Select “Reports” on the left navigation bar:

Select “Summative Report”
Step 3:
Look for the “Date Calibrated” column. This will tell you when specific administrators most recently calibrated.
Calibration vs Training Tabs
In Frontline Calibration and Collaboration, theCalibration tab lists the "certification" plans available for the evaluator to complete the required certification every 4 years. The Training tab isused for semester "calibration" training or refresher practice for the evaluator.
How to access further information once in a report:
Example: Choose Participant Status By Plan report, select a plan from the drop-down menu. Once the report generates, you will see a pie chart indicating status of users for the selected plan.
Click on the details button on bottom right corner to see a listing of plan participants and a status of the plan (completed, in progress or not yet started). List can be expanded by clicking on +.
