New administrator needing to be certified?

If you are an administrator who is new to a district, you will need to complete the Initial Evaluator Training. Click on the following link to register for the training:

Directions and access to the training modules will be provided to you once the request is received. 

The Initial Evaluator Training is the first step in becoming certified as an evaluator. The Initial Evaluator Training module contains an overview of the Effectiveness Project, roles and responsibilities as an evaluator, and evaluations including the Teacher and School Administrator evaluation systems. The training also contains a module for Student/School Program Learning Objectives (SLO's) and Calibration. Once these modules are complete, the final step in certification is completing the training and calibration plans in Frontline.
