The Initial Evaluator Training is the first step in becoming certified as an evaluator. The Initial Evaluator Training module contains an overview of the Effectiveness Project, roles and responsibilities as an evaluator, and evaluations including the Teacher and School Administrator evaluation systems. The training also contains a module for Student/School Program Learning Objectives (SLO's) and Calibration. Once these modules are complete, the final step in certification is completing the training and calibration plans in Frontline.
