You should NOT switch a user to a new evaluation type in the middle of the cycle/year if there has been any data entered into forms. Changing Evaluation Type assignments will remove any past forms from view. If you do need to change an evaluation type for a user due to unforeseen circumstances please submit a ticket to the GDC Help Center at epsupport.cesa6.org. The Help Center will determine if it is safe to change the evaluation type.
