There are 4 views that help administrators manage and complete the evaluation process of a user.
Process View
The Process View provides evaluators with access to all of the users and functions that they need to manage and complete evaluations/appraisals.
The Process View allows the evaluator to see the evaluation process with all components and forms of a specific user or users. Evaluators can use the filters to find the individual/s quickly and easily.
In the Process View evaluators can access a user’s Evaluation Portfolio to view the on-going evaluation and artifact archives.

Detail View
The Detail View provides administrators with a comprehensive list of all of the elements (forms) and users for which they have evaluation rights.
Detail Views may be customized, so that you can quickly access the information that is most important to you.
Users may be emailed directly through the Detail View by clicking on the user or admin email icon (looks like an envelope).
Most functions, from scheduling to completing forms, and finalizing elements may be done from the Detail View, similar to the PROCESS and ADMIN VIEWS in order to manage the evaluation process.

Admin View
The Admin View makes the most relevant information for an evaluator accessible at-a-glance. It provides a quick and easy access point of what YOU as the evaluator are responsible for. Through pre-defined views, most frequently accessed information is made available.
Important: Forms MUST be assigned to evaluators in order to maximize the Admin View.
Users may be emailed directly through the ADMIN VIEW by clicking on the user or admin email icon (looks like an envelope).
Most functions, from scheduling to completing forms, and finalizing elements may be done from this screen, similar to the PROCESS and DETAIL VIEWS in order to manage the evaluation process.

Super Admin View
The Super Admin view provides a breakdown of all forms/elements by status for every administrator in the district.
For each administrator the Super Admin View will provide the number of forms/elements: In Progress, Awaiting Acknowledgement, Awaiting Finalization, Completed as well as the total number of forms/elements and the overall evaluation status in their caseload.
