EE Grant Tips And Info 2015-16
The WI DPI Educator Effectiveness Grant, will be due in late Summer 2015 will cover the $80 per educator per year cost of the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project© system, which includes all costs associated with system development, training, software, support, resources and ongoing refinement. The SLO Process Guide Tool can assist educators in making sure all quality indicators are addressed when planning the SLO and throughout the entire process. The educator will rate themselves as area of strength, effective or area of growth for each indicator.

The SLO Process Guide Tool Version 2 can assist educators in making sure all quality indicators are addressed when planning the SLO and throughout the entire process. The educator can rate themselves on a scale of 1 to 4.
Teacher Rubric Scoring Tool
Teacher Rubric Scoring Tool shares descriptive words from the teacher scoring rubric for each standard. Another great aspect of this document would be finding descriptions from sample illustrations and/or what it looks like in practice. This tool would also be a great resource for all teachers in a school building.

You can use it for two purposes: to decide whether to go ahead with the change; and to increase your chances of success, by strengthening the forces supporting change and weakening those against it.
