ELEVATE CHANGES EFFECTIVE June 6, 2017

 

June is right around the corner and that means exciting changes are coming for the Calibration & Collaboration application! These changes will be taking place on Tuesday, June 6th. Watch the video here to see what will be changing!

Calibration & Collaboration customers will experience these new changes on Tuesday, June 6th. There will be planned system downtime the evening of Monday, June 5th from 8pm-2am ET. We didn’t want to interrupt your current school year, but we wanted to give you enough time to adapt to these changes over the summer, so that you are primed and ready to go for the new school year.

Training for your Users:

While we recommend sharing these upcoming changes with your end users, information will be posted on the current and new login screens regarding the changes. We encourage you to share this quick course on creating a new Frontline Account with your users. Click here to view the course. It takes a few minutes to complete.

What is changing?

There are a few changes for users that are outlined here:

New Frontline Education Account Login:

  • All users will need to upgrade their login credentials to meet the new Frontline Education security guidelines. This is important to make sure that all your evaluation data as a district is as safe and secure as possible.
  • This is a simple and one time transition for your users.
  • Users are walked through the upgrade process the first time they log in, and they can reset their password and self-service their login credentials from that point forward.
  • Shown below is the account upgrade screen users will see (image also attached.)
